Effective Date: February 13, 2026
Solr Clarity SMS Notifications Program
These Mobile Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in the Solr Clarity SMS Notifications program ("Program"), operated by Involved Innovation LLC ("Solr Clarity," "we," "our," or "us").
By enabling SMS notifications within your Solr Clarity account, you agree to these Terms.
1. Program Description
The Solr Clarity SMS Notifications Program sends automated operational text messages to registered users regarding activity within the Solr Clarity web application, including:
- Pipeline stage completions (e.g., site survey, design, permit, interconnection, install)
- @Mention alerts within account notes
Messages are strictly operational and are not marketing or promotional in nature.
2. Opt-In
Users opt in to receive SMS messages by enabling SMS notifications within their authenticated Solr Clarity account:
Profile → Notification Preferences → SMS Notifications
SMS notifications are disabled by default. Users must manually enable them.
Solr Clarity does not support SMS opt-in via text message keywords. Opt-in occurs only within the web application.
3. Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive.
After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you re-enable SMS notifications in your account settings.
You may also disable SMS notifications at any time within your Profile → Notification Preferences settings.
4. Help Instructions
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply HELP for assistance.
You may also contact us directly at:

5. Message Frequency

7. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect and use data.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
