Profile → Notification Preferences → SMS Notifications

SMS notifications are disabled by default. Users must manually enable them.

By enabling SMS notifications, users agree to receive automated text messages regarding:

• Pipeline stage updates (e.g., site survey, design, permit, interconnection, install)
• @Mention alerts within account notes

Message frequency varies based on account activity.

Message and data rates may apply.

Users may opt out at any time by:

• Turning off SMS notifications inside their account settings, or
• Replying STOP to any SMS message.

Users may reply HELP for assistance.

Solr Clarity does not support SMS opt-in via text message keywords. Opt-in occurs only within the web application.

SMS messages are strictly operational in nature and are not marketing messages.

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
